Alan has enjoyed a marketing career spanning 30+ years. On the agency side, he handled the McDonald’s account, on the client side he was Director of Advertising and Sales Promotion for Gulf/Petro-Canada/Sunoco, one of Canada’s largest petroleum retailers. At IMI International research, Alan has been a strategic resource for nearly two decades in brand positioning and marketing program implementation for Kellogg Company, Shell, Kuerig, Post Consumer Brands, General Motors, GraceKennedy, Synchrony Financial and other Fortune 500 companies. Alan is as comfortable speaking with a financial officer as a creative director and can even succeed in bridging systemic gaps, getting everyone to speak the same language. Alan is a graduate of University
of Alberta.

DIANE KELK, DIRECTOR CLIENT SERVICES

Diane is a marketing professional with over 30 years experience in consumer, not-for-profit and B2B. Working with clients on three continents, she brings a balance of analytical and creative skills to our team. On the agency side Diane served as Director - Client Services for clients including Chrysler, PepsiCo, Bayer AG, Gore Medical and Bard Medical. In the corporate and NGO worlds, she served as Chief Communications Officer for Enbridge, Inc., Rogers Communications, Inc. and The Canadian Children’s Foundation. Diane’s areas of expertise feature strategic market positioning and the development/execution of fully integrated communications plans. She also brings great proficiency in the areas of crisis management, media training, and event planning and execution. Known for her ability to quickly assimilate into any organizational team, Diane becomes fully immersed in her clients’ business and in helping to bring their marketing efforts to full potential.

DONNA LUCCHESI, DIRECTOR STRATEGY AND PLANNING

Donna Lucchesi has 30 years’ experience in marketing and market research with specific expertise in strategic planning, marketing communications, and product development and launch. Recent experience is focused primarily in the health care, medical device, and life science industries with clients like Stryker, Teleflex, and Nuvasive. Earlier work in research and advertising for companies as diverse as Frito Lay and DuPont lay the groundwork for a career spanning multiple industries and leadership roles. Donna takes a practical approach in working with teams to identify opportunities, evaluate options, and make decisions. She wants you to spend less time working your way through “consulting-speak” and focus instead on getting work done. Donna's undergraduate business degree is from the University of Missouri, and she earned her MBA at Washington University in
St. Louis.

Awards for excellence include Clios, ANDYs, One Club gold, gold ADDYs, Mobius, EFFIE, Best of Show at London Int’l Film & TV Festival, NAHB and Communicator’s Award of Excellence (Creative Director, Martz Agency, Scottsdale; Creative Director, TenUnited/Engage, Orlando; VP/Associate Creative Director at DDB, Ally & Gargano, Saatchi & Saatchi; Creative Director, Bozell, all NYC). She graduated from Miami University, Oxford, Ohio.
